3D Printing for Gaming industry

There are only few ways how gaming company can monetize their games: download fees, in-app purchases and the most annoying of them - advertisement. All of these types of monetization are well known and hated by most gamers. But most of the companies forget another way how gaming companies can make money out of their games - create merchandise. Rovio (the company behind Angry Birds) received 45% of its revenues from their Merchandise department in 2012. That is a great example, how merchandise can help companies to grow their business.

Our customer specialised in high-quality 3D printing of action figurines for Gaming companies as an additional way to monetize their brand. Since company introduction on Singaporean market, we signed few contracts on their behalf with biggest local Gaming companies and have plans to sell first products in Malaysia and Indonesia in Q4 2014

Algorithmic Trading System

For most traders algorithimic trading is like a "DIY rocket science". First, it is very complex topic and not everyone can understand the idea. Second, traders required to create everything from the scratch, using sophisticated C# or C++ programming languages. Thus entry barrier for new traders who wants to start their first algo-trading is high (5 years in University to learn Programming and few years practical experience with leading hedge fund or brokerage company). Understanding that algo-trading is virtually closed for 99% of the traders.

Our customer introduced new product that allows to use drag-n-drop visual designer instead of raw coding. That helps 99% of traders start creating their first algorithms within weeks rather than years.

The company is very successful on Eastern-European market (has more than 5,000 active users) and currently expanding their presence in South-East Asian region with Delphius.

High-Performance Computing

Our customer is prominent European-based High Performance Computing company, which wanted to penetrate Asian market. First sales showed the customer great potential on the market and after achieving 1 million USD in sales, they decided to open their SEA HQ in Singapore.

Delphius Group was one of the key partners in region, developing from the scratch sales in Commercial sector (including Banks, Energy companies, Manufacturing, Media & Entertaiment).

The area of coverage was: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

Software Porting Services

Imagine that you have a single laptop that runs your software.

You may assume that if you buy a system with performance of 1,000 laptops, your application would work 1,000 times faster. From our practice the answer is "Most probably, not".

The performance of software application is not purely depens on a hardware side, it also depends on how application is parallelized (or how efficient source code adapted for usage of additional resources).

That is why some companies which create their own in-house built code require professional consulting in software porting (both education and implementation services), in order to understand, how to parallelize their code and get maximum performance of their investments.

Our customer is biggest consulting company specializing in software porting from Europe. In Singapore we sold for them range of projects including few for R&D centre of Japanese MNC, Academic and Government organizations.
